In July 2004, Tradeware Global received a minority investment from Summit Partners, (www.summitpartners.com) a private equity and venture capital firm that has raised nearly $9 billion in capital in its private equity, venture capital, and subordinated debt funds. Tradeware Global has used this investment toward continued software enhancements and the expansion of the Company's U.S. and U.K. data centers. In addition to its investment experience, Summit also has proved to be highly valued for its independent and strategic expertise. Summit Vice President Mark A. deLaar currently serves on the Tradeware Global board of directors.
